Pricing
BankToBooks is free for 25 pages a month, permanently. Pro is $29/month for 500 pages that roll over plus categorization to your own chart of accounts, and Firm is $59/month for unlimited pages across unlimited clients. Annual billing takes two months off either paid plan.
The guarantees below are the product, not the fine print. Every one of them exists because it is what people complain about most loudly when they leave the other converters.

What we guarantee about billing
Credits never expire
Pages you paid for roll into the next month and stay yours while your subscription is active. Nothing is wiped at the end of a billing cycle.
You never pay for a failed conversion
If a statement doesn't convert, or comes back unreconciled and we can't fix it, those pages go back on your account automatically. You don't have to ask.
Filler pages don't count
Disclosure pages, blank backs of scans, and the terms-and-conditions pages banks pad statements with are detected and excluded from your page count. You're billed for pages with transactions on them.
Uploading the same file twice is free
We fingerprint each file. Re-converting a statement you already converted — a different export format, a colleague running it again — never costs a second time.
One-click cancel, no retention maze
Cancel from your account page in one click. No phone call, no email to support, no "are you sure" gauntlet. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Plain refund policy
Charged for a renewal you didn't want? Tell us within 30 days and we refund it. Mid-term cancellations on annual plans are refunded pro rata.
Questions people ask
- Is there a free bank statement converter tier?
- Yes — 25 pages a month, permanently, with no card and no trial clock. Every export format and the full reconciliation check are included on the free tier. It exists because most people arrive with one statement to convert, and a tool you can't try is a tool you can't trust.
- Do unused pages expire?
- No. Pages roll over month to month and stay on your account while your subscription is active. Expiring credits are the single most common complaint about converters in this category, so we don't have them.
- What happens if a statement fails to convert?
- Those pages go straight back onto your account, automatically. You are never charged for a conversion that failed or for one we couldn't reconcile and couldn't fix.
- Do disclosure and filler pages count against my quota?
- No. Banks pad statements with terms-and-conditions pages, blank backs of scans, and marketing inserts. We detect pages with no transactions on them and exclude them from your page count.
- How do I cancel?
- One click in your account settings. No phone call, no email to support, no retention offers to click past. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Can I get a refund?
- If you were charged for a renewal you didn't want, tell us within 30 days and we refund it. Annual plans cancelled mid-term are refunded pro rata for the unused months.
- What counts as a page?
- One page of a PDF statement that has at least one transaction on it. A typical monthly checking statement is 3–6 pages, so the free tier covers roughly four to eight statements a month and Pro covers about 100.
- Is the Firm plan really unlimited?
- Unlimited under fair use: unlimited clients, unlimited statements, no per-client packs. Fair use means we'll get in touch if a single account starts converting at a scale that looks like a reseller rather than a firm — which so far has meant tens of thousands of pages a month.
